My skin tone went back 1000% really remarkable and so much tighter, I look favourably at fruit and veg section and went off fatty foods previously unheard of!

I started to feel positive about myself. Then for the first time ever when my period came around I didn’t go through the usual mood swings, and my boobs were nowhere near as tender.

I used to have a faint ringing and buzzing in my ears and suffered constant `bunged up sinuses` this has disappeared.

The biggest change however is in my attitude to myself.  Having been overweight most of my life I had given up, I could not see how all the lumps and bumps would ever go down and how would my skin cope with the loss of the fat. I know now.

I used to hate my body but I’ve discovered a whole new healthier me thanks to Yvette. I have discovered a waist and my stomach is heading North rather than further South and my batwing arms, let`s just say I`m not flying so well.
